Cazzu Opens Up About Learning of Christian Nodal & Ángela Aguilar’s Relationship Like Everyone Else

Argentine rapper Cazzu has spoken out about the surprising news of her ex, Christian Nodal, and his new marriage to Ángela Aguilar. During a candid interview on LUZU TV’s PLP show, hosted by Flor Jazmin, Anita Espósito, and Cazzu’s friend, La Joaqui, she addressed the relationship drama that has kept fans speculating. Contrary to Aguilar’s claims that all parties were “on the same page,” Cazzu revealed that she had no prior knowledge of the relationship before it became public, adding that the news caused emotional upheaval for her and others involved.

Earlier in October, Aguilar shared her perspective on ABC News Live, claiming her marriage to Nodal wasn’t accurately portrayed by the media. She stated that everyone involved had a “clear consciousness,” no hearts were broken, and that all parties were aware of the relationship months before it was publicized. However, Cazzu’s recent comments challenge this, with the rapper clarifying that she learned about the relationship from the media, like the general public, and that she was surprised and hurt by the news.

Cazzu admitted that she had stayed quiet about the situation to respect her own integrity, only now choosing to address Aguilar’s public statements. “At this moment, my integrity as a person was questioned,” she shared. The rapper explained that the insinuation she had prior knowledge of the relationship was false and felt like she was portrayed as a willing participant in a situation she knew nothing about. “It was recently said that I had known about the relationship… for many months before it was exposed – and that I was in full awareness [of it].” Cazzu said it was time to speak up and clarify her feelings, especially as a direct response to Aguilar’s comments.

Cazzu also shared that learning about the relationship had been painful, stating that broken hearts were indeed part of the fallout, despite Aguilar’s assertions otherwise. Reflecting on this emotional journey, Cazzu said she was finally ready to bring closure to the topic, for her own peace and for the well-being of her daughter, Inti. The singer expressed her intention to end public discussion on the matter, setting her personal boundaries and moving forward.

The interview also allowed Cazzu to share personal experiences beyond the media spotlight, including her journey into motherhood. She discussed her daughter Inti’s challenging birth, her own emotional transformation after giving birth, and the strong maternal influences of friends like La Joaqui. As she continues embracing motherhood and redefining her priorities, Cazzu is setting an example of resilience and self-respect, making her decision to speak out an empowering step toward reclaiming her narrative.
